About Me

Koussay Hammoudeh is the co-founder and CEO of Square One Business Initiatives (SOBI) Company, a leading business solutions provider offering comprehensive business opportunities and business development solutions to Saudi Arabia and the regional markets. 

His dynamic leadership and key business acumen is the result of many years of long experience in the various industries—implementing successful marketing campaigns, public relations initiatives and branding exercises that have helped achieve large sales targets. Koussay’s comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in the Gulf region’s market, particularly in Saudi and Bahrain, has fostered strong ties and partnerships with the technology, investments and real estate communities. 

Prior to joining SOBI, Koussay served as the General Manager for Bahrain Office for Best Choice Real Estate Development Company, a leading real estate firm in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). He also served as the Information Technology Director for Injaz Real Estate Development Company, a Riyadh-based real estate company specializing in the development of master-planned lifestyle residential communities offering developed land parcels, apartments, and villas. 

At present, Koussay is a senior partner and consultant for few leading companies and he provides key consultancy services for a number of businessmen and companies in GCC, rendering expert advice and guidance in the field of real estate development, marketing & sales strategies, branding & identity, pricing strategies and business development. 

Koussay is a Marshall Goldmsith certified Executive and Team Coach, Erickson certified Life Coach and EQ-i Emotional Intelligence Assessor, certification by MHS, specialized in business transformation by improving the organizations’ work culture and employees’ performance with implementation of the EQ-i as the world’s leading assessment tool. 

By combining this technique and his expertise in business management and consultancy, Koussay adopts a unique approach that detects, provides and applies solution to organizations that require to remain competitive in the market by focusing solely on improving the employees’ business conduct and motivation by understanding their emotional competence, strengths and weaknesses.
